Notices
Any notices or other communications required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given (i) upon receipt if delivered personally, (ii) upon transmission if sent by email, or (iii) one day after deposit with a commercial overnight carrier. -
Waiver of Class Action Rights
By entering into this Agreement, you hereby expressly waive any right you may have to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
